***I AM FLEXIBLE ON THE BUDGET. I CAN'T ESTABLISH IT PROPERLY UNTIL I TALK TO A PROGRAMMER.

I am looking for a freelancer who is well versed in web development. Specifically, they will need to have experience in Yii2 PHP, MySQL DB and familiarity with Twitter's API.

I have an existing site which can track things using the twitter API. I worked with another developer previously, but they did not finish the job. I need someone to finish what they started and also help me pull more info from twitter and display that on my site.
(Example: I have data that needs to be displayed in different ways. for example: change in the number of followers for a given user over a given time period)

There are also some bugs that need to be fixed.
